Shipping policy

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During new drops or high‑volume periods, processing may take a little longer. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order has shipped.


Shipping Within Australia

We ship from Sydney, NSW.

  • Standard Shipping: Usually 3–10 business days

  • Express Shipping: Usually 1–4 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and any delays with the carrier.


International Shipping

International delivery times vary by destination. Most orders arrive within:

  • Standard International: 7–21 business days

Customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Tracking

All orders include tracking. A tracking link will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact us at tom@peelriot.com and we’ll help investigate with the carrier. Please note: once an order has been handed to the postal service, delivery is outside our control, but we’ll always do our best to assist.


Address Errors

Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been placed.


Pre‑Order Items

If an item is marked as a pre‑order, the estimated shipping window will be listed on the product page. Orders containing both in‑stock and pre‑order items will ship together unless otherwise stated.
